NEW ADDRESS!
After many years of providing our services at 24 Davenport Street in Southport, we have now moved to 2/18 Bay Street, about 300 metres up the road. The entry to our service is actually in Rawlins Street, directly behind OfficeWorks and you cannot miss our big sign on the awning.
Our new premises provide better client access and easier on-street parking as well as the opportunity to expand our service delivery in the future. For those clients who are popping in to ask a quick question of our front office staff or to book an appointment, there is 1/4hr free parking directly opposite our front door and ample 2hr pay parking in Rawlins Street.
The Citizens Advice Bureau and Gold Coast Legal Service Inc. is a non-profit community organisation that provides advice, assistance and information the Gold Coast community.
Ours is a service unlike any other, providing the services traditionally associated with a Citizens' Advice Bureau as well as the services of a community legal centre.
The Citizens Advice Bureau collects information on organisations and services available for the community on the Gold Coast. The "Gold Coast Community Guide" is available on our website. The Community Guide is considered the definitive community service resource on the Gold Coast.

Established in 1984 the Citizens' Advice Bureau & Gold Coast Legal Service inc. (formerly Citizens' Advice Bureau & Highway Legal Service - Gold Coast Inc.) is the only organisation of its type situated on the Gold Coast.
We are an independent non-government organisation funded by grants from Federal, State and Local governments.
